The Goodwood Woodwaste Pickup service has been in operation for over three years now and over that time we have managed to save thousands of pallets from ending up in landfill.  Thank you to our customers for their continued support.

We have recently had a look at our service and have implemented some changes.

Health & Safety – Tauranga and Hamilton

We are only going to service companies with a forklift or pallet jack to load woodwaste onto the truck. Hand loading is hard work and time consuming.

What are the options if I do not have a forklift or pallet jack?

Tauranga – If you have team members that are willing to load your woodwaste into our truck in an efficient and timely manner, then let us know and we can discuss.

The Goodwood manufacturing yard in Mt Maunganui will be open on Thursdays for pallet drop off by arrangement. Please call the woodwaste team to arrange a suitable drop off time.

There will be a charge of $50.00, excluding GST to drop off your wood.

Hamilton – We are working closely with other providers in the Hamilton area to have a woodwaste drop off point. We will keep you updated on this progress.

Hamilton Customers

We will be servicing our Hamilton woodwaste customers only on Fridays. Due to the reduced schedule our Friday’s will be busy! Please ensure your woodwaste pick up is booked in prior to your woodwaste overflowing. We will endeavour to pick up your woodwaste within a two-week period.  Please be reminded, we will only be picking up woodwaste if a forklift or pallet jack is available.

There is a small price increase – Tauranga and Hamilton

Our minimum pickup charge will increase from $25.00 to $50.00 from 15th June 2020.

What this means is your 1st stack of 15 pallets will now cost  $50.00 and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th stacks etc will remain at $25.00 each.(So, 2 stacks will now be $75.00, a small jump from $50.00) A full truck load, 10 stacks, will remain at $200.00 (discounted down from $250.00) All prices exclude GST.

Thank You

A massive thank you to all our woodwaste customers for helping us do good with wood and for making our planet a better place for future generations.
